Privacy notice
Short version: the Message Desk works inside your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Musa Fasasi or saved on a server.
What stays on your device
Your message text, the names, prices, dates and phone numbers you type, and your edits are used only to build the message on your screen. They are not saved. If you refresh or close the page, they are gone.
To remember your choices, the app saves three small items in your browser’s local storage (key md_v1): the ids of your favourite templates, the ids of templates you recently opened (up to 8), and your last tone choice. No message content, names or phone numbers are stored. You can remove favourites and clear the history inside the app, or clear your browser’s site data.
What is not collected
There is no registration, no account, no email or phone collection, no user database, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no automatic sending of usage information to the creator.
Copy and WhatsApp
“Copy Message” places the text on your clipboard. “Open in WhatsApp” opens a WhatsApp link (wa.me) in a new tab with your message already filled in. WhatsApp is a separate service run by Meta and has its own privacy terms. When you open the link, the message text (and the phone number, if you entered one) is passed to WhatsApp so that it can prepare the chat. The Message Desk never sends the message for you: you must review it and press Send yourself, and the Desk cannot tell whether a message was sent, received or read.
Third-party services
The page loads the Playfair Display and Montserrat fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details when fonts are requested. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. Your choice to follow links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn takes you to those services.
Shared devices
Favourites and recently used template ids stay in your browser. On a shared device you can clear them from within the app.
Not professional advice
The templates help you communicate and organise your questions. They do not verify a property, a seller or a document, and they are not legal or surveying advice. Review every message before sending.
